primarily protection of the ocean via The Coral Restoration St Barth Project and the Sargasse Project; and more recently the INE (Island Nature St Barth Experiences),  an association supporting not only the island’s oceans but also wider inland environmental projects.

From 2026 onwards we support different island associations through a rotating annual donation of art prints.

PAST CHARITIES

INE - Island Nature St Barth Experiences x Space Gallery St Barth (Art for the Oceans)

St. Barthélemy

Part of the sale of the St Barth Art Prints goes to support the island's non-profit environmental association – INE (Island Nature St Barth Experiences) St Barth Project.

During a volunteer experience in the United States Rudi, had the idea of creating INE in St Barth - An association bringing human strength to the field.

INE and it's logo with the Colibri (Hummingbird) and small drop of water was inspired by the tale of "The Hummingbird's Part" by Pierre Rabhi: "In the midst of a massive forest fire, while all the animals stood by in despair, only a tiny hummingbird took action—carrying drops of water in its beak to try to extinguish the flames. Mocked by an armadillo for its seemingly futile effort, the hummingbird replied, “I’m doing my part.” This tale reminds us that even the smallest actions matter when facing great challenges.

INE (Island Nature St Barth Experiences) is a non-profit environmental association committed to developing a local volunteer network and supporting community-focused initiatives in Saint-Barthélemy. Its mission includes preserving natural and cultural heritage, promoting environmental and socio-cultural actions, fostering collaboration among project leaders, and encouraging education, knowledge-sharing, and inclusivity. INE operates with a spirit of neutrality, independent of any political, religious, or philosophical affiliations.

Art for the Oceans Project

Art for the Oceans - St Barth Art Prints.

5 euros from every sale is donated to the island’s ocean projects – the Coral Restoration St Barth Project.

The mission of Coral Restoration St Barth is to develop effective and affordable strategies to protect and restore the island’s reefs and to train and empower others to implement these strategies in their coastal communities.

Sargasse Project x Space Gallery St Barth (Art for the Oceans)

St. Barthélemy

Art for the Oceans - St Barth Art Prints.

5 euros from every sale is donated to the island’s ocean projects – Sargasse Project.

Sargassum seaweed is brown algae that has invaded the Caribbean coastlines since 2011, causing serious environmental, economic, and health problems. The Sargasse Project converts this bad-smelling, toxic vegetation into a useful, ecological biomaterial, which will become an ecological packaging product of the future.
